We are looking for interns to support the success of fellow students living with social or learning challenges. Complete internship requirements, and build career-enhancing skills through a College Steps internship!

 

Internship details:

  • Flexible hours built around intern availability

  • Consistent weekly schedule in a positive work environment

  • Weekly supervision and engagement with college-age youth living with disabilities

  • Professional training and experience including:

    • Supporting special education instruction (both on an individual and group level)

    • Delivering a curriculum to advance a student’s executive functioning skills

    • Coaching individual and group-based social thinking lessons

    • Learn how to write educational intervention plans and interpret collateral documentation

    • Attend and participate in student-focused meetings
