To finalize your enrollment FOR College Steps, we require that each student submit the required Enrollment Documents.

Please review and submit all requested information by clicking each of the buttons below. Enrollment will not begin until all forms have been received.

Once completed, these forms will remain valid for the duration of the student’s participation in College Steps services.

Updated forms may be requested by the College Steps team as needed or must be resubmitted if there are any changes to the student’s authorizations, permissions, or relevant information.
