Virtual Support for any campus Nationwide
College Mentor Works is a fully virtual support program and sister organization to College Steps, designed to help currently enrolled college students nationwide build the skills they need to succeed.
With a focus on executive functioning, time management, academic planning, self-advocacy, and social connection, students receive consistent, one-on-one mentorship from trained professionals—all delivered remotely for maximum flexibility.
Because it’s entirely online, College Mentor Works is available to any college student in the U.S., regardless of where they attend school.
Virtual Summer Academy
The College Steps Summer Academy offers students valuable support and guidance from highly qualified Support Specialists who are part of our current campus programs.
Participants will have access to relevant College Steps Curriculum resources, with Support Specialists leading student groups through engaging, topic-focused sessions.
The academy provides exciting opportunities for social connection through group sessions, allowing students from different campuses to interact and learn together.
Additionally, virtual sessions will keep students engaged and help them develop key skills over the summer.
To ensure a high-quality experience, a dedicated College Steps Instructional Coordinator will oversee the program, supporting session quality, student participation, and troubleshooting any challenges that arise.
