Anna is enjoying her first year at NOVA Loudoun in the College Steps program. Aside from working on her classwork and connecting joyfully with fellow students and mentors, Anna has started a “Random Acts of Kindness Club” on campus. On her first day of promoting her club at the campus “Meet the Clubs” event, Anna got 85 people to sign up for RAKC. Anna’s says, “Even though there is hate in the world, the world needs respect and kindness.” She plans to organize her first small awareness event, providing information that promotes kindness and how students can perform small acts of kindness around campus.
