Meet Chamel Francois, our “Mentor of the Month.” Chamel has been a mentor with College Steps since September 2025 and is currently working toward completing his associate degree in Art.
Chamel brings a consistently cheerful attitude and warm smile to his work, helping students feel immediately welcomed and valued. Whether assisting with assignment guidelines, helping students organize and plan their homework, or connecting them with on-campus tutoring resources, Chamel is dependable and always looking for ways to enrich the lives of the students he supports.
